Empowering Women

Supporting, Encouraging Personal Growth & Balance

I have always been an advocate for the empowerment and support of women.  As women, mothers, wives and the numerous other hats we wear, our lives can sometime become overwhelming.  Some of us find ourselves placing our needs on the back burner to care for our loved ones.  Trust me, there is nothing wrong with being there for your family and friends.  However, it becomes a problem, at some point when our needs are neglected.  That's where sisterhood plays a vital role.  It is important that we look to one another for guidance and support.

There are several groups, forums and online media to help you in this area.  I have provided a few here but please feel free to search the internet for other opportunities.
